• Country (if outside USA)
• First 6 Digits of the Card Being Charged
• Last 4 digits of Credit Card being charged
• Amount of Charge
• Date of Last Charge
• E-mail Address on account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://secure.vend-o.com/customers/support/
2. Get logged in with email address and password
3. Pick the option labeled “Cancel subscription”
4. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

2. Now enter your information
3. Pick the option labeled the green button that says “send”
4. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 877-777-3758
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Make sure that you won’t be charged again
5. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
6. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
7. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
