• Password
• Billing Address
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code

• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Amount of Last Charge
• Email Address
• Phone Number

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.goodhire.com/contact-us
2. Now enter your information Fill out contact form
3. Compose an email Request cancellation and confirmation in the “Comments” box
4. Pick the option labeled Submit

Follow these steps:

1. In a browser, goto https://www.goodhire.com
2. Pick the option labeled “Login” in the top, right corner
3. Select “For Business” or “For Individuals”
4. Get logged in with Email and Password
5. Select Account Information/Manage Account
6. Pick the option labeled Cancel Subscription

Follow these steps:

1. Contact customer service at 1-888-906-4284
2. Advise the rep that you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info
4. Request a refund, it never hurts to ask
5. Be sure to get a confirmation number or email for the cancellation
6. Be sure to keep the email and/or confirmation info about the cancellation
